Dear readers,

In these extremely difficult times, I would like to share our heartfelt support and solidarity with you and your family.  At Hong Kong Kingland, the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, partners, and the communities in which we develop is our number one priority.

As the government around the world are implementing measures to contain this public health crisis, we have taken strict precautions to protect our colleagues and their families, while continuing to deliver our commitment on construction progress. We are extremely proud of and grateful to our teams, contractors, and worker who come to site every day to ensure construction continuity. On top of our precautions, we have taken significant steps to safeguard and support them, from back office WFH to marketing gallery and construction team work from operating split shifts to minimize exposure.  Our measures are aligned with the government and public health authorities’ advices, and proactively implementing a range of precautionary measures.

Finally, we salute the doctors, nurses, first responders and many ordinary people who are going to great lengths to help our neighbors and communities in distress.  We admire their courage, applaud their sacrifices and are inspired by their example.
